How to Make (Using Fragrance Oils)

1. Calculate the Fragrance Load: For a light, crisp scent, aim for a 6% to 9% fragrance load. Always verify the maximum fragrance capacity of your specific wax type before beginning.

2. Heat the Wax: Melt your candle wax to the optimal mixing temperature (typically 185°F/85°C for natural soy wax). Proper heating is vital to ensure the fragrance oil binds fully with the wax molecules for a smooth, even burn.

3. Mix Thoroughly: Remove the wax from the heat source and carefully pour in the Fresh Linen Fragrance Oil. Stir gently and continuously for a full two minutes to ensure the fragrance is evenly distributed throughout the wax.

4. Mind the Flashpoint: Always check the flashpoint on the bottle label. Adding fragrance to wax that is too hot can cause the delicate, airy top notes to evaporate prematurely, dulling the final scent.
